Craig Utley did a great job with this session.  I didn’t take many notes because he basically used Powerpoint, so once the slides are posted, I’ll link to them.

Craig is a great speaker who was able to make a pretty boring topic interesting.  It’s too bad he hasn’t updated his blog in awhile.
