I found this at Mike Pope's today. It's great, but I'd definitely set the age just a bit lower (maybe 20). My wife and I have lived in a couple of college towns (and no, we werent' students at the time), and it always amazed us how stupid and rude people are.
Anyway, my favorites are:

#14 Have something to talk about besides college or your job
#16 Drinking until you throw up is no longer properly a point of pride
#20 Rudeness is not a signifier of your importance
