My schedule for the Day of .NET in Ann Arbor

Well, a couple days ago I made the mistake of doing some heavy lifting in the yard (landscaping) and have been nursing a really F'd up lower back since then, so hopefully I'll still be able to make the event.  The funny thing is that I feel fine when I'm standing or walking...it's the sitting and bending over that are killing me.  I'm keeping my back iced and have been taking Advil as needed.  This sucks.

On to the real purpose of this post.  My current plans are to hit the following sessions:

9-10:15a - Turbo-charge your development with LINQ (Bill Wagner)
10:30-11:45 -
Lessons learned from Community Server (Alex Lowe)
1-2:15p -
Atlas and ASP.NET (Greg Huber)
2:30-3:45 -
Security Fundamentals for the .NET Developer (Jim Holmes)
4-5:15 - not sure yet.  None of them really trip my trigger....maybe
Jason Follas's session on SQLCLR.

Looks like I'll have to wait for the final schedule on Saturday (see Jason's comment below). :-)

Also....the guy I described in this post is a speaker....you can bet I'll be avoiding his session like the freakin' plague.  I won't give the name, but I will say he's a speaker in the afternoon...possibly between 1-2:15. :-)

FYI: Alex Lowe has to drop out of the lineup due to a family emergency. His session has been reassigned to Dustin Campbell who will be presenting on Generics.

Also, some sessions will need to move to other timeslots because of a variety of reasons. The final schedule will be provided the day of the event, but we'll try to keep the homepage updated in the interim.

Jason,

Thanks for the update. That sucks about Alex - I hope everything ends up ok.

Well, I had hoped to go in with a plan, but oh well, it's not that big of a deal. :-)
